Growth, plans and potential

So as you may have seen over the past 12 months there has been a definite growth and expansion at inhome.

The goal to become the one stop shop.

Since really early in my self employment career I saw a opening where trades came into your homes did their chosen job and left, nothing really wrong with this business model but surely if we can be different and offer a full turn key service we would take away the stress of job management and materials source into one company. This would be cost saving time saving and ultimately easier to fund by the customer.

So this been over 20 years ago and just a single one man in a van business I had to learn and grow to be able to offer a multiple services provider.

Over the past 12 months we took the plunge to run this as our prime offered service, it’s definitely harder to implement than I thought but we are turning out some great projects now. We have process built a package and tested the elements singular and together building packages across multi trade services.

So whats next?

As you probably are aware I have an involved mentor program with a construction based organisation this process has really turned my mindset and allowed me to have like minded people around me and people to share my thoughts and ideas. Tm have been there in the background assisting the decision making and its not true you can teach an old dog new tricks. It might take some digesting but Im learning.

The next stage is the introduction of a class leading multi millionaire mentor to help grow the business side and guide us where we need help, Mike Greene is self made proven mentor with a network of business professionals at his side, I am really looking forward to the next chapter and think our plans to go into retail showroom could be part of that. Watch thus space .

Potential.

Ultimately my end goal is to back away from my role and allow inhome to flurish and for me the opportunity to concentrate in the community based projects I have a passion to assist projects and be a voice of the company community so maybe Politician might be a career path for me who knows.

Ill always keep my options open and currently spend most of my time and effort’s on inhome services, I appreciate all you that use us share us or are taking the time to follow us. As literally without a customer there would be no reason to do what we do.
